Mental Health and Wellbeing - Training Development Programme for Tourism and Hospitality

Tue 25 Jan 22

It has been a difficult 24 months the industry has ever faced and we feel the most vital resource - the staff - require support more now than ever before. Their mental wellbeing is at an all time low and this range of courses will provide Managers with the tools to support employees back to wellness and ensure they feel supported as the industry bounces back. The range of five courses HIT are offering provide a variety of levels to suit all within the industry.

This programme is funded by the Scottish Government’s Tourism Recovery Fund through Skills Development Scotland, with the training co-ordinated by Hospitality Health and administered by HIT Scotland.

There are a different amount of places available for each course, see here for all the information on each course, and how to apply.
