Drawn up in 2020, the Hoteliers' Charter exists to raise the profile of the hospitality industry and to promote working in hotels as a great career choice. 

Join the growing list of Charter Hoteliers making a collective commitment to provide a workplace environment built on the foundations of respect, fairness, equality, diversity and opportunity; and to place colleagues’ wellness and career development at the heart of their operation. New Scottish Charter Hoteliers this month include Kingshouse Hotel (Glencoe), The Cairndale Hotel (Dumfries), Holiday Inn Express (Edinburgh Royal Mile) and Gigha Hotel (Argyll).
